How do I use the service?
You start by signing up! You will receive a MAXIMUM of one email per day notifying you of the newest blogging opportunities. If the opportunity is a fit for you and your blog, you can submit your interest in doing the work. If the Business thinks you are a fit for their request, they contact you directly. The rest, dear Bloggers, is between you and your new friend!
Wait…I’m a Blogger, but I have a Business. Can I submit Business Campaign Requests too?
Now you’re thinkin’!! Of course you can! For example, let’s say you have an Etsy store, and you want to submit a Business Campaign Request for 20 Bloggers to write about your beautiful jewelry. Everyone’s a skeptic…sigh…ABSOLUTELY NOT. Again, we send out a MAXIMUM of one email per day with your opportunities, and there may be days with NO opportunities, meaning no email that day. We are NOT spammers, nor do we give your email address to anyone without your permission. (more on this)
What if I don’t want to be on the mailing list anymore?
You can remove your profile at any time, there will be a permanent removal link at the bottom of each email. We hate to lose you, but go if you must…sniff…

Why do some of the campaigns close so fast?
Well…oops…the B2B program is a success!! Currently we are bringing you HUNDREDS, soon THOUSANDS of paid offers, but we also have a lot of Bloggers, and they are scooping up the offers fast! Often within 10 minutes of email delivery.
Then how can I land an offer?
Hundreds of Bloggers are landing GREAT offers every week, and they all have EXACTLY the same chance of landing one that YOU do. Your best chance of landing an offer: Look at the B2B Website sidebar to determine when the next email is coming. Plan on being AT your computer at the moment the email is sent, and hitting “refresh” or “send/receive” until you see it. If your schedule doesn’t permit being at your computer at the time the next one is sent, then remember that we change the email date and time constantly to make it fair to ALL of our Bloggers. You may not be available for the next email, but we will hit a date and time soon that you will be, and it will be then that you can POUNCE!
Why do I never get the email on the same date or time?
Our system is designed to be the “most fair” to ALL Bloggers, and currently this is the only method we have for keeping it fair to ALL. That’s why we now pick randomly when we will be sending out the emails, to try to make it as fair as possible to ALL involved. Not all are sent out during the day, sometimes we send them at night, or very early morning. They are not all sent out during working hours, and please remember that we have multiple time zones to consider as well, and multiple countries. Please check our front page sidebar at any given time to see when the next email is scheduled to be sent.
I signed up as a Basic member. Why are all the offers FULL by the time I get my email?
Basic members get their emails at least 3 hours later than the Preferred members. You know what Preferred members have to do to be Preferred, and get their offers first? Write a post, or place a button or a banner on their Blog sidebar. That’s it. With the offers going as fast as they are, Basic Members have virtually NO chance of landing an offer right now. Please don’t email us and complain if you signed up as a Basic member. With us doing all this work for FREE to bring you as many offers as we can get our hands on, we feel that helping B2B promote is a very fair requirement for being a Preferred member. Consider becoming a Preferred member instead. We’re working our tails off to bring you offers, isn’t that worth a post or a button for Pete’s sake??
Why don’t you just open the Campaigns to all the Bloggers that want to sign up and let the Business choose?
Remember- As I covered above, ALL Bloggers have exactly the same opportunity to open that email, and respond. NO ONE has an advantage.
Next, it doesn’t appear that ANY Campaigns probably will reach the 24hour mark. The reasons for this are that Businesses are looking for a finite number of Bloggers, and they also don’t want to have to wade through 1000 replies to find the FIVE they are looking for. If they only get a few that they want to use during their first Campaign, they are welcome to run another.
We hand-select the Campaigns, so we are only bringing you ones that are attractive to our Bloggers, and that are not designed to be simply “Promotional”, meaning we make sure as best we can that the business is offering legitimate compensation rather than “Review my blog and Ill review yours, and we can share traffic”, or the like. Business2Blogger is about bringing you PAID, legitimate offers.
So when the Business says that they need 10 Bloggers, we create their Campaign to send to you, and we add a “pad” of Blogger spots in case someone backs out, or isn’t interested when they get more details, etc. But the Business ends up with (and we are seeing this work already, our Businesses are raving about the responses and Bloggers they are getting) enough targeted Bloggers to run their FREE campaign. We don’t envision too many complaints considering the quality of Bloggers they are already ending up with, and the price our Businesses are paying for our service…have I mentioned enough yet that we do this for both Businesses AND Bloggers, and it is FREE??!!
One more thing to think about: If we were to simply open each Campaign up to as many people as wanted to sign up, and let it run wide open for 24 hours, 3 things would happen:
- The Business would get 1000 responses to fill 5 blogger spots. Not good.
- The 995 Bloggers that took the time to fill out that form and didn’t get selected by the Business would VERY quickly stop participating. No Bloggers, No Business. Not Good.
- And even worse, Unscrupulous types would VERY quickly come and run a broad, generous Campaign to get as many Blogger email addresses as they could, and then turn around, SPAM them, and sell their contact info to MORE unscrupulous types. REALLY not good.
These are the reasons we cap the number of submissions, and still offer Businesses and Bloggers these opportunities…FOR FREE!! (See? I slipped that in there again!)
I have multiple Blogs, how do I sign up?
Some people have multiple Blogs with different themes or in different genres, others have Review Blogs that they keep separate from their Primary Blog…it doesn’t matter. When you fill out the form to submit your interest on a Campaign, you submit what your Primary Blog Name/URL is. Then if you intend to post your review somewhere other than your Primary Blog, you would include that info on your submission. Plus, if you are interested in posting your review in multiple locations, you can denote this as well…If you are contacted by the Business, remember to ask if they are interested in having your review on multiple Blogs, and how they will compensate you!
I filled out the form, does that mean I get the job?
Each of the B2B Business Campaigns that are listed in each email accept a few extra Bloggers than the company requested before the Campaign form shuts down. We do this for several reasons:
1. Sometimes a blogger will accidentally fill out the submit a duplicate form.
2. Sometimes a business will find that a blogger who responded is not a good fit for their company.
3. Sometimes a blogger will find out the details of the campaign and realize it is not a good fit for their blog.
We wanted a buffer of a few extra bloggers to help take the pressure off any of the above situations. Because there is not specific information in the campaign request, YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED TO TAKE ON THE BLOGGING OPPORTUNITY until the company gives you the details and you say YES. This is NOT a blind date! Do not feel bad about turning a company down after you find out the specific details. They will simply go back to their list and contact another blogger that responded.
The other side of this buffer is that not every blogger that responds to a request will end up with the campaign. We are encouraging businesses to start at the top of the list with the bloggers who responded first. You should NOT feel bad if you end up to be one of the few that is excluded for a campaign because it could either be that you were one of the last to sign up or no one above you in line dropped out.
We will be tweaking this aspect as we learn more. We will be learning things from each campaign and thank you for your patience with our learning curve! We are in unchartered waters here and want to make it work for everyone.
What about this FTC Disclosure thing I hear about? Do I have to do that?
Yep, you do. And it’s easy. When you join Business2Blogger and agree to post for a company for any form of compensation, you are agreeing to the Business2Blogger Terms, which include “coming clean” with your readers through Disclosure. Don’t worry, it’s really easy. (more on this)
How do I change my personal contact info?
Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails, and it will give you the option of unsubscribing or editing your info. Or, if you can’t change the item you had hoped, try simply unsubscribing, and then sign up again, all brand-new-like!
How do I unsubscribe from your service?
AARRRGHH!!! Don’t leave us!!!!

As I hope you can tell, we have given our service a great deal of thought. And although it is a work in progress, it very closely resembles what we want it to be, and we are getting rave reviews. Is it going to be frustrating for the people who may not be able to get to their email very soon after it arrives to submit for the opportunities they want? Maybe, probably. But the way we have designed Business2Blogger is with the Business AND the Blogger’s best interests at heart. This may not be like other services that are currently out there, but that’s exactly why we think it will be successful.
