Do you find yourself buried under emails day in and day out? Do you wonder how emailing became the primary form of communication? Do you set mini-goals with rewards if you make it through a certain section at a time? (No? just me?)
I heart gmail. I It makes my life so much more organized, and recently they added this handy little feature:
You can sort your emails in a way that makes the most sense for you! Some people loved the addition of the priority inbox, while others did not like the suggestions gmail made. There are those who do not like change, so the classic mail option remains, and the starred first option? A personal favorite.
However, the most useful option on gmail’s latest update has to be the Unread first option. I am a big fan of starring emails that I need to respond to the same day (or at least as soon as possible). However, all the starring and prioritizing in the world cannot compare to the unread messages that get lost deep in the recesses of my email. I played around with the new feature this morning and got the most delightful message:
“Wohoo! You’ve read all the messages in your inbox.”
Wohoo indeed.

Hello,
Through Beyond Inbox, you can remove all unnecessary emails from your primary inbox by archiving, transferring or taking their backups to another location easily. Whenever you have a few minutes and have internet access, just sort out the email you do not want to keep in your inbox. You can carefully define search criteria such as by specific senders, subjects etc. to search for such email and tag them.
